One person is lucky after walking away from this semi crash in northeast, South Dakota on Monday.

The Hamlin County Sheriff's Office posted these images on their Facebook page of a semi-crash that occurred a few miles west of Lake Norden on State Highway 28.
According to the post, the semi was heading west on icy roads when the driver lost control of the vehicle before hitting a bridge.

The highway had to be reduced to one lane while crews worked on getting the highway cleared.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
