Severe blizzard conditions in South Dakota forced the closure of major highways and made travel hazardous. Interstate 29 from Sioux Falls to the North Dakota/South Dakota state line and Interstate 90 from Sioux Falls to Wall were closed Saturday night and remained shut into Sunday morning.
