Two people were injured in a secondary crash on North Dakota's Interstate 29 during Thursday's blizzard. Authorities warn drivers to slow down.

Strong winds with gusts over 60mph and falling snow, creating near-whiteout conditions, were reported in many locations across north-central and northeast South Dakota on Tuesday.

The weather service has upgraded a couple of counties in eastern South Dakota to a Blizzard Warning.
