Strong Storms Likely

As we move closer to the holiday, thunderstorm development is expected later in the day on Monday, with thunderstorms excepted to become severe. West-central and over the Black Hills have the highest risk of seeing severe weather, with tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds all on the table.

The rest of the state will see scattered strong to severe thunderstorms later this evening and into the overnight hours as a cold front pushes across the region.
