Blowing snow can turn a routine drive into a dangerous challenge in moments. Recently, law enforcement responded to a crash and multiple slide-ins near the intersection of State Highway 38 and 462nd Avenue. The visibility was zero due to heavy blowing snow, and while State Troopers were managing the scene, one of their patrol vehicles was rear-ended by another vehicle.
