Snow fell overnight in Sioux Falls and began to melt. Unfortunately due to the low temps this is causing freezing on bridges. Please slow down and be safe on your morning commute.

Weather in the northeast part of the state is not ideal. Visibility is greatly reduced in spots especially west of Summit due to the blowing snow and high winds. Roads are icy and snow covered in spots. Visibility appears better in the pictures than it actually is.
Please limit travel if it is not necessary. Slow down, increase your travel distance, buckle up, pay attention to the road. Make sure not to crowd the plow!
