Hockey Pucks Falling from the Sky?

A strong and intense thunderstorm over the Black Hills resulted in extremely large hail on Monday afternoon. Hail measuring 3.25 inches was reported near Pactola Reservoir. Additionally, hail the size of a hockey puck, measuring 3.00 inches, fell near Silver City from the same thunderstorm.
