It Feels Like Winter with Cold and Winds

A notice from Mother Nature that winter is not too far away came on Monday with strong northwest winds and a surge of cold air pushed through South Dakota.

Feels Like Temperatures at 6:00pm CDT - October 31st

A cold front entered northwest South Dakota and slid south and east throughout the day on Monday bringing wind gusts over 60mph and much colder temperatures. By Tuesday morning, feels like temperatures were below zero in the northwest and only a few degrees above zero for much of the state.
