Severe Storm Possible Monday

Warmer and summer like weather returns for the weekend, ahead of storm system that looks to impact us on Monday.

Already, the Storm Prediction Center has issued a risk for severe thunderstorms for parts of South Dakota late Monday afternoon and into the evening hours.

The American Model (GFS) shows thunderstorm development later on in the evening hours and spreading eastward during the overnight hours.

At this time, hail and damaging winds appear to be the primary threats, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out. Please check back regularly for the latest updates.
