A mixture of light snow and light freezing rain is moving across western, South Dakota this morning. This has prompted a Winter Weather Advisory to be issued for the area during the morning hours. If you would like to see the latest weather advisory information, visit our alerts page.
Motorists traveling in the area are dealing with icy road conditions as authorities have responded to crashes on Interstate 90. Shortly before 5am MST, the South Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a no travel advisory for Interstate 90 from Rapid City to Wall.
