Stormy Weather for the Remainder of the Work Week

Showers and thunderstorms are expected today, with isolated strong to severe storms possible in southeast SD and into the west later today and into the evening hours.

Gusty winds and hail are the main threats with these storms.

Today's highs will be cooler, reaching into the upper 60s to the lower 80s with easterly winds from 5 to 15mph with gusts up to 25 to 30mph.

Additional chances for strong to severe storms are possible on Thursday and Friday.
