Widespread showers and a few isolated thunderstorms spread across South Dakota on Thursday.

A typical spring storm over the northern plains brought a mix of snow and slippery road conditions in the Black Hills, as well as a tornado warning in Omaha, Nebraska.

A few showers and thunderstorms developed on Wednesday, with a few locations reporting half an inch to over an inch, such as four miles northeast of Wood, South Dakota.
