Storm Reports: July 25th

A number of isolated severe thunderstorms brought another day of hail and strong wind reports to South Dakota on Tuesday and Tuesday night. On Tuesday evening, a supercell thunderstorm near the Miller area became tornado warned. Luckily, there were no reports of a tornado, but wind damage occurred at the intersection of 215th Street and 369th Avenue in Hand County.

In Mount Vernon, located in Davison County, widespread large tree damage and power outages occurred in and around town. More on the storm reports from the National Weather Service can be found below.
