One isolated severe thunderstorm dropped large hail as the storm continued its track into North Dakota on Sunday morning.

The public, located about four miles southeast of Lemmon, reported golf ball sized hail (1.75") at 7:48 a.m. MDT on Sunday.

This was not the first storm of the day that brought hail to South Dakota. At 2:34 a.m. CDT, the public in Mobridge reported hail to the size of quarters (1.00") from an overnight severe storm. More severe thunderstorms are expected today as a cold front is expected to push through the region.
