On Tuesday morning, a wildfire was reported in Custer County, located just outside Custer State Park in west-central South Dakota.

Dry conditions continue for parts of South Dakota, and fire crews have responded to a grass fire over the weekend.

The BIA Forestry and Wildland Fire Management stated that fire crews were sent near Manderson on Monday due to a smoke report.
